The sample consisted of 100 respondents in millennial employees who work in East Java, with an age of 20-40 years and a minimum of one year of service. The sampling technique used Purposive Sampling because only some of the millennial employees in East Java were taken. Analysis using Structural Equating Modeling (SEM) on Partial Least Square (PLS) and data collection using a questionnaire in the form of a google form. The results of this study indicate that Work Life Balance has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance, Work Life Balance has a significant positive effect on Employee Welfare, Employee Welfare has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance and Work life balance has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance with Mediation of Millennial Employee Welfare in East Java with Partial Mediation.} }
