		abstract={This study aims to examine the effect of profitability and capital structure on firm value with GCG as a moderating variable in infrastructure companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2017-2021 period. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method. This study uses secondary data. The population in this study is 62 infrastructure companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period. The sampling method used purposive sampling technique, obtained as many as 7 companies as research samples and as many as 35 observational data for 5 years. The statistical analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis, while the hypothesis testing used is the statistical method, t-test, determination test and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) and data processing assisted with SPSS 25 software. The test results in this study show that: 1) Profitability partially has no significant effect on firm value, 2) Capital structure partially has a significant negative effect on firm value, 3) GCG is unable to moderate the relationship between profitability and firm value, 4) GCG is unable to moderate the relationship between profitability and the value of the company.
