		abstract={This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of the board of commissioners, board of directors,company size and credit risk on the performance of banking finance companies in Indonesia in 2019-2021. This research is descriptive. The sample in this study consisted of 102 banking companies in Indonesia.Sampling was done using purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. This research was conducted using SPSS 20.0. The results of this study are the board of commissioners and the board of directors has no significant effect on the performance of financial companies, company size has a significant effect on the performance of financial companies and credit risk has a significant negative effect on the performance of financial companies.
