		abstract={The purpose of this study was to obtain evidence of the effect of the application of corporate governance is seen from a composite value of Good Corporate Governance, and the size of the company to the financial performance of the banking company in Indonesia. The variables of this study is a composite value of good corporate governance, firm size and financial performance.
Samples of this study were banking companies that showed composite rate in 2011-2013. The analysis technique that mainly used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that firm size affect the company's financial performance because the higher the company's size, the better the financial performance of a company. Composite value of Good Corporate Goveranance had no significant effect on the financial performance because the higher the GCG composite valueis not always produce higher profits because the value its oversight is formal and detailed with a favorable or unfavorable the banking company.
