		abstract={A non-profit organization is an institution that does not have the aim of making a profit, but instead aims to carry out social or humanitarian activities. Thus mosques really need an accounting process that can produce a good financial reporting system, but there are still many cases of loss of mosque assets due to weaknesses in the financial reporting system owned by mosques. This study aims to determine the effect of employee engagement, human resource competency, use of accounting information technology and internal control on the quality of non-profit organization financial reports. The method used in this study is to use a quantitative approach. The total population is 136 with a sample of 101. The technique for analyzing data uses Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) using the WarpPLS 8.0 application. The results of this study explain that: 1) employee engagement has a negative effect on the quality of financial reports. 2) the quality of human resources has a positive effect on the quality of financial reports. 3) understanding of accounting information technology has no effect on the quality of financial reports. 4) internal control has no effect on quality of financial reports
