Factors that influence dividend policy are managerial ownership, institutional ownership, leverage, company size, and debt policy. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of managerial ownership, institutional ownership, leverage, company size, and debt policy on dividend policy in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2017-2021 period. The sampling model used in this research is using purposive sampling. The number of samples obtained was 520 samples of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The analytical method in this study uses multiple linear regression. The results of the regression analysis show that managerial ownership has no negative effect on dividend policy, institutional ownership has no positive effect on dividend policy, leverage has no negative effect on dividend policy, firm size has a positive effect on dividend policy, and debt policy has no negative effect on dividend policy.
