The sample consisted of 200 respondents with vulnerable characteristics aged 23-43 years and had a minimum service life of two years. This sampling technique uses Purposive Sampling because it is taken only on weekdays. Analysis using Structural Equating Modeling (SEM) Partial Least Square (PLS) and data collection using an online questionnaire, namely Google Form. The results of this study show that it partially shows a positive influence that shows Work Life Balance has a positive and significant effect on Employee Welfare, Work Life Balance has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Work Welfare, Work Life Balance has a positive and significant effect on Employee Welfare indirectly through variable Job Satisfaction.
