Assuming that Employee Performance can be influenced by sustainable Employee Welfare and conducive Employee Creativity. This study used a quantitative method with a total sample of 96 employees consisting of elementary and middle school teachers in the Kutai Kartanegara Regency, East Kalimantan, Indonesia. Data were analyzed using SmartPLS software to measure the direct and indirect relationship between Employee Welfare, Employee Creativity, and Employee Performance. The results of the study show that there is a relationship between Employee Welfare and Employee Creativity with employee performance. The relationship between the variables tested shows that the direct relationship between Employee Welfare and Employee Performance through Employee Creativity is stronger than the indirect relationship between the two. It is important to measure Employee Performance to know the performance of the organization. Employee Welfare and Employee Creativity are some of the variables among other variables that affect Employee Performance. Employee performance itself is important to anticipate rapid changes in society, both related to habits and technology.
