This study's population consists of millennial employees in East Java. The sample used in this study was the Millennial Generation, with a total of 134 respondents, with a distribution of 34 small sample respondents and 100 large sample respondents. This study used a purposive sampling method. analysis of the research data using SmartPLS 3.0. The results of this study indicate that the work environment has a significant positive effect on employee performance, employee welfare has a significant positive effect on employee performance, and job satisfaction has an insignificant positive effect on employee performance.
