The population in this study were all employees of CV Perjuangan Steel using the saturation point sampling method using the criteria of all employees. The number of samples used were all employees, totaling 50 employees. Analysis using Descriptive Analysis using PLS. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Leadership has a significant effect on employee performance. This means that the relationship between leadership on employee performance has a negative effect, then it has an effect but not significant between leadership on employee performance at CV Perjuangan Steel. 2) Work Motivation has a significant effect on Employee Performance. This means that the relationship between work motivation on employee performance has a negative effect, then it has an effect but not significant between work motivation on employee performance at CV Perjuangan Steel. 3) Organizational Culture has a significant effect on Employee Performance. This means that the relationship between organizational culture and employee performance has a significant positive effect on employee performance at CV Perjuangan Steel.} }
