The research method used is a quantitative research method with primary data obtained from questionnaire. The sampling method used in this study was purposive sampling method and data were analyzed using Smart PLS 4.0 software. The results of this study state that employee wellbeing does have a significant influence employee performance. Employee creativity does not mediate the relationship between employee wellbeing and employee performance. Based on the results of the research, it shows that company owners must often check on the employee health and quality of life so their wellbeing increases at work and also increases their performance at work.
