		abstract={Firm value is an investor's view of a company that is closely related to stock prices. If a company's stock price is high, then its value is also high. Firm value can be measured using the price book value (PBV) formula. This study aims to determine whether corporate governance, firm size, profitability, and liquidity can affect firm value. The population in this study are automobile sector companies and transportation & logistics sector companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2017-2021. Purposive sampling technique was used in sampling so that 55 samples of automobile companies and 45 samples of transportation & logistics companies were obtained. The analysis technique in this research uses descriptive analysis, classic assumption test, and hypothesis test. In this study using SPSS software version 25. This study resulted in managerial ownership having an effect on the value of automobile and transportation & logistics companies, the size of the board of directors has an effect on the value of the automobile company but has no effect on the value of the transportation & logistics company, the size of the board of independent commissioners has an effect on the company value automobile, does not affect the value of transportation & logistics companies, company size does not affect the value of the two company sectors, profitability affects the value of automobile companies does not affect the value of transportation & logistics companies, liquidity does not affect the value of the two company sectors.}
