		abstract={This  research  aims  to  know  and  analyze  the  impact  of  good  corporate  governance, 
profitability,  and  leverage  on  firm  value  consumer  non-cyclicals  sector.  The  dependent 
variable  in  this  research  is  firm  value.the  independent  variable  in  this  research  is  good 
corporate  governance,  profitabilitas,  and  leverage.  The  population  of  this  research  is  the 
entire  consumer  non-cyclicals  sector  company  listed  on  the  Indonesia  Stock  Exchange 
periode  in  2017-2021.  The  sample  selection  in  this  research  using  purposive  sampling 
method  with  certain  criteria  thus  obtained  a  sample  of  15  company.  The  data  used  is 
secondary  data  sourced  from  annual  report.  The data  analysis  technique  used  double  linear 
regression analysis. The results showed that audit committee and board of commissioners do 
not  effect  the  firm  value.  Profitabilitas  effect  the  firm  value.  And  leverage  not  significant 
effect the firm value.
