		abstract={This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of Work Motivation, Rewards 
and Work Environment on Employee Performance. The population of this study were 
employees of PT. Anugerah Kartika Agro in Gresik. The sample used in this study were 
employees of PT. Anugerah Kartika Agro in Gresik with a total of 58 respondents. This 
study used a purposive sampling method. This research data analysis uses SmartPLS 
4.0. The results of this study indicate that work motivation has a positive and 
insignificant effect on employee performance at PT. Anugerah Kartika Agro, Awards 
have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. Anugerah 
Kartika Agro, and Work Environment have a positive and significant effect on 
Employee Performance at PT. Kartika Agro.}
