		abstract={The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of operating capacity, liquidity and profitability on financial distress. Based on the purposive sampling method, the sample obtained from this study was 35 transportation and warehousing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period. The research data was obtained from financial reports for 2017-2021. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that operating capacity had a significant negative effect on financial distress, while liquidity and profitability had a significant positive effect on financial distress.
