This study aims to determine the effect of Work Environment, Job Satisfaction and Compensation on Turnover Intention which is strengthened or weakened by Internal Control as a Moderating Variable through hypothesis testing and outlining the conclusions with the findings when the research was conducted. This study uses primary data by collecting data through questionnaires distributed to respondents through the Google Form application. The sample of this research is BRI bank employees who live in the city of Surabaya and work in the city of Surabaya. This research uses Warp-PLS. The results of this study indicate that the work environment and compensation have no effect on turnover intention, while job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Internal Control moderates the effect of Work Environment and Job Satisfaction on Turnover Intention, while Internal Control does not moderate the effect of Compensation on Turnover Intention.
