		abstract={POKMASWAS is a supervisory community group that acts as a supervisory body in the marine and fisheries sector. Bengkalis Regency already has several marine and fishing community watchdog groups, one of which is POKMASWAS Belukap. Therefore, to mobilize supervisory community groups, a POKMASWAS boat design has been prepared for marine and fisheries supervision, which can be used as a reference for agencies/groups that want to build POKMASWAS boats in the future. In this final project, the process of drawing the line plan, general arrangement and miniature model of the boat is carried out. Crew capacity of 8, basic boat size, LOA = 5.5m, Lwl = 4.74m, B = 1.90m, H = 0.90m, T = 0.30m, Vs = 20 knots. In the process of planning the lines plan, Maxsurf Modeler Advance software is used and to get the general arrangement planning is continued with Autocad software. then miniaturized, with length = 55cm, width = 19cm.}
