		abstract={This study aims to determine the effect of attitude and work safety on the performance of employees of PDAM Tirta Terubuk Bengkalis. Attitude and  safety can be seen in part from an organizational environment that affects the behavior and attitudes of employees within the organization. This research is a quantitative study using a survey method with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The population in this study were part of the employees of PDAM Tirta Terubuk Bengkalis, the sampling used a random sampling technique, namely 25 employees of PDAM Tirta Terubuk Bengkalis. The data analysis technique used the correlation test. The results of this study indicate that attitudes and work safety have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. With a determination coefficient of 0.470%, the influence of attitude and work safety on employee performance is 47.0%, while the remaining 53.0% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Often attitudes and work safety in an organization develop strongly, so that members know well how to behave and the importance of knowledge in the organization.}
