Based on the collected data and calculations, ANSYS software simulations were conducted to analyze the impact of different fillet radii. The results indicate that a fillet radius of 11 mm provides improvements compared to fillet-less shafts, with a 263.6% increase in life and a 42.42% increase in safety factor. This study significantly contributes to reducing damage to transfer carriages and enhancing the efficiency of palm oil processing plants.} }
