		abstract={There are many tribes and cultures in Riau Province. One of them is Zapin Meskom, The main purpose of this final project was to make a promotional video of Zapin Tradisi dance in Meskom, Bengkalis. This research method was classified into descriptive method. This videoconcsisted about 7 minutes 8 seconds. Consisting a highlight of Meskom, an explanation of history Zapin Tradisi dance in Meskom,Zapin Traditional tools, and Traditional dance of Zapin Tradisi.This product is expected to help the Tourism Riau Office of Bengkalis to promote one of the Zapin Tradisi dance in Meskom, Bengkalis. This video was made in English and Bahasa Indonesia aimed to promote Zapin Tradisi to local community especially for society tourists.There were several stages in the of this video such as data collection, giving the subtitles, continuing process of dubbing, and the last was editing process. This video is expected to promote Zapin Tradisi dance in Meskom, Bengkalis. This video can be used to help Tourism Office of Bengkalis Regency, local community, and especially International community to get information about Zapin Tradisi in Meskom, Bengkalis.}
