		abstract={This research was conducted at the Bengkalis Entertainment Plaza, starting from June 2023. The aim of this research was to determine the income, operational costs and profits at the Entertainment Plaza. The types of data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques in this research are interviews, documentation and observation. The results of this research show that: 1. Operational expenses greatly influence revenue in increasing profits at the Entertainment Plaza. 2. Revenue at Entertainment Plaza increases every year through effective marketing strategies, service diversification and attractive promotions. The main source of income comes from renting billiard halls, karaoke, selling food and drinks, and other facilities. 3. Factors that influence operational expenses are increasing due to maintenance and utility costs.}
