		abstract={The GKT (Integrated College Building) II  Bengkalis State of Polytechnic is a 3-story building which is plan by using SNI 2847:2019 standard code with manual calculation control and the structure model was modeling by SAP2000.V14 program. For dead and live loads in each floor is plan by using SNI 1727:2013. The design of  earthquake load  use  SNI 1726:2019 standard code with the dynamic response spectrum analysis method. The design method of the GKT (Integrated College Building) II Bengkalis State of Polytechnic include data collection, preliminary design, building load, internal force analysis, beam and column structure calculations, and is applied in plan drawings. From the calculations,it is obtained in the reinforced concrete structure beam dimensions of 300 x 600 mm in the beam support area using 5D19 main reinforcement and D10-150 mm shear reinforcement, while in the field area of 3D19 main beams and D10-200 mm shear reinforcement. The main column uses 500 x 500 mm dimensionsand for the Flexural reinforcement 16D19 with the shear reinforcement D10-150 mm.}
