Only one ship can dock at the mouth of the river by displaying the direction of the river. Based on the above conditions, it is necessary to develop and improve the river such as normalization and optimal spatial planning that supports the existing activity system in the river.The method for analyzing soil volume and the Budget Plan uses the Rational method based on data obtained from the field, including data on existing dimensions and river tidal elevations. From these data, it can be seen that the existing profile and the planned cross section and long section of the river. The result of the calculation shows that the average width of the river benefit area is 22.8 meters, the average trough width is 4.37 meters, the average tide height is 2.77 meters and the average tide height is 0.42 meters. After the analysis of the lowest low tide height and the data obtained from the design river is 21 meters and the lowest plan depth is 1.72 meters. From the dimensions of the plan, it is obtained that the planned river excavation volume is 11,100,085 m3 and the RAB calculation is Rp. 616,996,000.00.} }
