Despite its great potential, not all businesses provide web-based payment services. This research aims to build the benefits of implementing ordering and payment through the website with an emphasis on Telegram notifications at Datuak Store. Datuak Store is one of the printing places around Politeknik Negeri Bengkalis which still uses manual methods that are less efficient. With manual calculations, queues often occur so that not a few customers move to other places. Therefore, a ?Website-Based Print Service Ordering Application at Datuak Store? is proposed. This application, developed with Codeigniter and MySQL, is expected to improve customer experience and business operational efficiency of shop owners.}
