		abstract={Jendral Sudirman and HR.Soebrantas street which are in the Dumai Islamic Center area, Lepin Market, Ramayana, Gelangang Hill Park and Culinary Village. Having these places can improve traffic performance on the U-Turn so it is necessary to evaluate the U-Turn and evaluate road performance using vehicle volume data to obtain road capacity. The aim of this research is to determine the performance of roads and U-Turns based on the Indonesian Road Capacity Guidelines (PKJI) and Bina Marga 06/BM/2005. From the results of the evaluation, it was found that the DJ value on Jalan Jendral Sudirman on Saturday was 0.56 and Jalan HR. Soebrantas on Tuesday was 0.26. And the results of evaluating the performance of traffic making a U-Turn U-Turn showed that the peak flow value was on Saturday for Jalan Jendral Sudirman with a queue length of 25m. and on Tuesdays for Jalan HR.
