		abstract={This research aims to determine the evaluation of SIMDA-BMD in the planning process of needs and disposition on the management of regional assets in the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Bengkalis Regency. In this case, for the management of the area's goods of the planning stage of needs and provision has been carried out under the Minister of the Interior's Decree No. 19 of 2016 concerning Guidelines for the Management of Regional Property but has not been applied using SIMDA-BMD. This kind of research is qualitative with case study approaches. The data collection techniques that are done consist of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique being performed is descriptive. The results of this research show that in the evaluation of the planning and provision process in the management of the Property Area using SIMDA-BMD has not been fully applied using BMD SIMDA applications. The needs planning process and the procurement process for Regional Property is carried out outside of the SIMDA-BMD application. However, for the recovery process of the assets of the planning and evaluation results, it has been done using the SIMDA-BMD application through the administration menu that exists on the SIMDA-BMD application.}
