The target of the problem is to find out problems during the loading and unloading process of containers at PT. Pelindo 1 Belawan. The method used for data collection is the method of observation carried out in the field directly, the method of interviews or interviews addressed to related parties in the process of loading and unloading containers, as well as the literature study method used by researchers to collect data from various sources. As a loading and unloading company, you must know the procedure for loading and unloading containers, because these activities are the core activities of the operations of shipping companies engaged in the loading and unloading process.}
