		abstract={This final project research aims to find out about the ship agency process at PT. Usda Seroja Jaya. The formulation of the problem is how the ship agency process at PT. Usda Seroja Jaya, what are the obstacles experienced by PT. Usda Seroja Jaya during the ship agency process in a port and what efforts should be made to optimize the ship agency process at PT. Usda Seroja Jaya. Process Agency ship PT. Usda Seroja Jaya has been going well. PT. Usda Seroja Jaya provides the best service on ships from its service users, when the ship will arrive until the ship departs. However, in the ship agency process, PT. Usda Seroja Jaya experienced several obstacles such as the damage to the Pompong ship as an additional means and bad weather that affected the ship to dock, the number of staff employees who were not fluent in foreign languages, especially in English which made communication from the ship to the agent resulting in lack of fluency in when activities are taking place at a port. There are two efforts made by PT. Usda Seroja Jaya in optimizing the ship agency process, namely improving the quality and quantity of human resources and adding facilities at PT. Usda Seroja Jaya.}
