		abstract={The general purpose of this final project is to know Planning and Organizing the Successful Business Strategy Seminar Event in the New Normal Era Base on Webinar the review of aspect operational management. The specific purpose of this final project is to know the technical aspects of the work, determine the human resource involved, to determine the criteria of the keynote speaker, to determine the criteria of the participant, know the constraints that occur, and to know how the solution to the constraints that occur. The method of planning and organizing this seminar consist of project preparation plan, project implementation plan, project completion plan and project reporting plan. The project result from a review of human resource aspect showed that the initial plan of this seminar is to determine the need of human resource by forming a committee and looking for keynote speaker, followed by determining the fields of work required by assigning assignments to each committee and open registration seminar. At the implementation stage by carrying out the agenda and giving appreciation award to speaker. At the completion stage an evaluation of the work is conducted and pay off fees seminar.
