		abstract={Shrimp is one of the foodstuffs with high protein content which is very beneficial for health, especially for children's growth. The vitamin content of both water-soluble vitamins and fat-soluble vitamins is also very high in shrimp so it is very good for consumption. Shrimp  also  contains various minerals that are important for the body. Therefore, to overcome these problems, a "Dried Shrimp Skin Peeler Machine Using a Blower was designed as a means of separating the ebi (dried shrimp) shells". Blower is a device that produces blows of wind that is different from the compressor, the main function of this blower machine is as a blower of the wind. The way this blower machine works is the same as a fan but the wind is collected in the snail and exhaled with a hole. The best results of separating shrimp shells are in the variation of the 102 mm pully generator with the 102 mm engine pully, namely with a blower wind speed of 7.68 m/s , while the results are not good, there are variations in the pully generator 178 mm and 203 mm with a blower wind speed of 0 m/s.}
