		abstract={Calculation and recording of loading and unloading of ships is a special activity to provide information on loading and unloading data at ports. At the ports of Bandar Sri Junjung Dumai, the process of calculation and recording ship loading and unloading data still uses a computerized method using the Microsoft Excel application. The calculation and recording in question is that the administrative section of the cooperative will recapitulate all baggage loads to the ship owner or ship operator after the ship and the passengers leave for the passenger?s destination. After the ship departs then the cooperative administration will make a report to be sent to ship operator. The ship operator is in charge of receiving the unloaded baggage data report so that there are no errors when passengers pick up their baggage. And for the calculation of porter wages, the cooperative administration will calculate the cost of porter wages manually or using a calculator, after the results are obtained, the porter wages are submitted to the porter foreman. This application is designed using the PHP programming language with the CodeIgniter framework and MySql as a database management system. Testing this application using a blackbox, namely the functional application and the user. This application can be run properly according to its function in several browsers such as mozilla firefox, google crome, and internet explorer. This application can help cooperative admins in making reports and inputting baggage loading and unloading transaction. The output produced is in the form of being able to print daily reports in PDF form, the chairman can also see the result of the daily recapitulation from the website.}
