		abstract={Writing this final project aims to determine the procedures in the implementation of the  watchkeeping on Navigation Vessel of State KN. PARI during ship operation, anchoring, and port. As for the formulation of the problem, how is the procedure for implementing the watchkeeping at KN. PARI is in accordance with the STCW Amendment 2010 and the things that must be considered when carrying out the watchkeeping. The place of this research was carried out on the Navigation Vessel of State KN. PARI of Navigation District Class I Dumai. Starts from April to May 2021. Data collection techniques are observation, interview and documentation methods. And the results of the research show that the implementation of watchkeeping in Navigation Vessel of
State KN. PARI is compliant with the STCW Amendment 2010.}
