Where every work process has implemented 5S work culture. 5S (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, and Shitsuke) is a work culture originating from Japan that is used by management in efforts of order, efficiency, and discipline in work locations as well as improving the company's overall work. The purpose of this study was to see the lowest and highest proportion levels using the Fisbhone (causal) diagram. This research used descriptive method by distributing questionnaires to perform analysis, then testing the validity, reliability using the IBM Statistic Base 22.0 application. and Frequency Distribution manually. The results of the analysis of the implementation of 5S have not materialized well where the Seiri indicator only gets a response of 91.17%, the Seiton indicator only gets a response of 87.75%, the Seiso indicator only gets a response of 91.03%, the Seiketsu indicator only gets a response of 90.2%, and the Shitsuke indicator only got a response of 88.55%.} }
