The design of this press has been able to increase the production capacity of up to 8 kg, with the test method of measuring the separation of waste liquid and tofu dregs to find out good press results, the ability to separate waste liquid from tofu dregs after pressing using a press device from 5 treatments obtained The standard percentage of good separation is greater than ?33% of the percentage of waste liquid separation and the percentage of poor separation is small of ?33% of the percentage, the separation of waste liquid and tofu dregs from the results of the tests carried out is able to separate the waste liquid and its waste better with the provisions standard percentage separation.}
