It was found in large numbers on the island of Bengkalis. One of plastic type that usually used in packaging mineral water is polypropilena (pp) plastic. The characteristics of polypropilena (pp) plastic are lightweight, flexible, translucent, and not easy to separate. It makes a huge buildup of plastic waste and pollutes the environment. Plastic can be changed becomes a fuel oil used distillation process in Pyrolysis. So, it can produce oil vapor and condense into particles of fuel oil. This design discussed about the manufacture of two-level destilitator to change the plastic trash becomes a fuel oil with focused on aspect increased quantity results from the distillation process by Pyrolisis. It refers to the way to make plastic destilitator which has two levels and it can produce a fuel oil on the two levels. Thus, the quantity aspect can be better than the previous tool. The expected result in this two-level destilitator design is the performance in the distillation can be better. Therefore, the pyrolysis distillation process can increase the quantity of fuel oil in one distillation process with the operation of both levels of the destilator.on this test, the result what our need is we get 533 grams total weigh of destilat from 5000 grams from total weight of material.} }
