Turbines have 2 types, namely Impulse Turbine and Reaction Turbine. Impulse Turbine is ad rotation that moves at high speed from the energy of the fluid flow resulting in a rotation of impulses that rotate the generator to produce electricity. This generator operates at low speed (600rpm) with 300 watts of power, this test data is carried out on a turbine with 169.4 RPM rotation and produces a voltageof 12.5 VAC. In general the PLTU company has a large scale turbine, so this research is designed with a small scale Turbine prototype model so that it can be usen ad an alternative household electricity supply, especially in areas that have not received PLN electricity.} }
