The purpose of this research is to design a blade that is able to capture wind energy when low wind speeds are able to withstand high wind speeds. The design used is Qblade software application and solidwork software. From the test results to rotate the blade required starting with the help of hands (manually) if the wind speed is below> = 7 m / s. the peak natural wind speed is 6.41 m / s, the voltage is 15.72 Volts, and the current is 0.82 Amper with a rotation of 1273 Rpm.
