Measuring instrument is a tool to determine the value or quantity of a quantity or variable. Utilization of this instrumentation measurement system makes it easy for field technicians, one of which is in the measurement of the grounding resistance value. the average error percentage of the measuring instrument designed is 0,0214 % at the voltage sensor Output. While the percentage of the current sensor on the type of coastal ground resistance with an average value of 0.152 then the current value on the multimeter measuring instrument 0.272.
