		abstract={Partners are workers recruited by BPS to support statistical activities in an area, especially their duties as surveyors, field workers, or data collectors. Due to the data of partners who are active or not in carrying out or conducting surveys, in managing data. In this study, an application design can be formulated, namely "Applications for Data Processing Partners at the Central Bureau of Statistics of Bengkalis Regency". The test of the partner data processing application at the Bengkalis Regency Statistical Center has menu tests and feature tests from employees or partners at the Bengkalis Regency Statistical Center. Testing this application there are black boxes and white boxes where employees as admins can view and process partner data that has been registered in this application and partners can also register in this application. This application aims to simplify and speed up the processing of partner data, both the process of storing and searching partner data.}
