		abstract={The Bengkalis State Polytechnic Scholar Journalism Student Activity Unit is one of the student organization activities related to the collection, dissemination, dissemination, and dissemination of information through social media that is stored to make news about student activities on campus. Dissemination of information from SMEs is currently still done using wordpress, besides that registration is done by taking a form and delivering it back to the journalism SME secretariat after filling it out. This system creates cost and time problems, causing other problems. For this reason, the idea emerged to implement the concept of "Design and Build a Website for the Bengkalis State Polytechnic Scholar Journalism Student Activity Unit Website Design" with the programming languages used are PHP, Html, CSS. Boostrap using 
MySql as the database and codeigniter framework. Based on the results of the experiments carried out, it can be said that this website has two users, namely admin and user. To enter the dashboard view, only admins can login to create, read, update,, delete (CRUD) the data that is displayed by the admin. Meanwhile, the user can only see all the information on the home screen through the website link of the Bengkalis 
State Polytechnic Scholar Student Activity Unit website. With the trial scenario, both admin features and user features can run well, with suggestions from users (students and coaches).
