The design of this 2-story shophouse is planned to use a flat plate (Flat Plate) with the equivalent portal method. A flat plate is a flat-thickness concrete slab that transfers the load directly to the support column without the aid of beams. Plates of this type can be made quickly due to the simple formwork and arrangement of reinforcement. Flate plates are planned to be uniform with dimensions of 4500 x 3000 mm as many as 9 panels, plate thickness 110 mm with concrete quality 25 MPa, reinforcing quality 280 MPa and based on the provisions in SNI 1727;2020 and SNI 2847;2019. Flat plate analsis uses the equivalent portal method, Etabs and Microsoft Excel. The final analysis of the flat plate without beams obtained reinforcement Ø 20 ? 100 for the fulcrum around the confluence of plates and columns, for repeating in the field area of the column path used reinforcement Ø 20 ? 200, and in the field area in the middle lane Ø 20 ? 40 reinforcement is used.
