Realizing this, the importance of building maintenance which is a step to replace or repair part of the building so that the building can still function properly, the study aims to find out what damage has occurred to the building, to identify the typical damage to the building and to to find out the estimated maintenance costs on the building. This research was conducted by means of a direct survey of the electrical building, c building, machine building, and shipbuilding building. Meanwhile, to identify the typical damage to buildings, the Directorate General of Human Settlements 2006 refers to minor damage because there is only an architectural section and a limited area, and the total cost required to carry out repairs is Rp. 23,294,061.
