The goal is that every job can be done quickly and easily with maximum results in terms of correspondence within the agency. Application for Archiving Incoming and Outgoing Letters at the Bengkalis Regency Regional Revenue Agency uses the web Programming method with the Telegram API Bot notification, this application uses the CodeIgniter Framework and MySQL as a database management system. As wll as the Telegram API Bot to provide information to the Leaders, heads of Subdivisions in Bapenda. In this application there are also admin and user disposition, adding admin data, and approving user data for leaders and sub-sections, adding incoming and putgoing mail and tracking incoming mail data. This Aplication for Archiving Incoming and Outgoing Letters at the Bengkals Regency Regional Revenue Agency is enough to facilitate the filing system for incoming mail, and archiving outgoing letters in storing old and new mail files safely.}
