		abstract={Jalan Pangkalan Nyirih - Kadur is road that is in Rupat District, Jalan Pangkalan Nyirih - Kadur has now been filled with base B, However, at this time the candition has been damaged in the form of large holes because the landfill was carried out several years ago. Therefore, thick planning is needed pavement and budget plan. The methode used to calculate the pavement thickness is the 2017 Pavement Design Manual. Meanwhile, the cost budget uses HSP Bengkalis 2022. With a design life of 40 years and a field CBR value of 7.2%. 100 mm of lean concrete is obtained, and 200 mm of rigid pavement is a concrete quality. K-300 kg/cm2. It is planned to use Conjoined Concrete with Reinforcemenrt (BBDT) woven welded wiremesh, for longitudinal reinforcement using a diameter of 8 mm with a distance of 200 mm and transverse reinforcement using a diameter of 8 mm with is a distance of 250 mm tie bar diameter 12 mm, length 600 mm, and and a distance of between tie bars 750 mm And using the tie bar holder used is plain reinforcing steel with a diameter 8 mm as the main reinforcement with a length of 4 m totaling 4 road and a holder with a diameter of 6 mm with a lenght of 420 mm placed according to the distance of the tie bar, the results of the budget plan are obtained amounting to Rp 10.443.801.847,47}
