		abstract={This study aims to determine the effect of Regional Original Income (PAD), General Allocation Funds (DAU), special allocation funds (DAK), and Revenue Sharing Funds (DBH) on regional expenditures in districts/cities in Riau Province in 2016-2020. This research is a type of quantitative descriptive research using secondary data sources in the form of Regency/City financial report data in Riau Province in 2016-2020 so that the amount of data tested for 5 (five) years is 60 data. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression analysis with the help of IBM SPSS Statistic 22. The results of the hypothesis test showed that PAD had a positive effect on regional spending in districts/cities in Riau Province, DAU had a positive effect on district/municipal expenditures in Riau Province, DAK had a positive effect on Regency/City regional expenditure in Riau Province, and DBH has a positive effect on Regency/City regional expenditure in Riau Province. This proves that the higher PAD, DAU, DAK and DBH in an area will affect regional spending in Regencies/Cities in Riau Province in 2016-2020 because regional income is used to finance government spending and regional development.}
