In order to provide additional reference information for future pavement thickness planning, the differences in effectiveness between two methods were analyzed by the Bina Marga 2003 method and Bina Marga 2017 method. The results of the planning calculations show that the thickness of the concrete slab with the K-450 quality for the Bina Marga 2003 method and the K-300 quality for the Bina Marga 2017 are 300 mm and 200 mm, respectively. The longitudinal reinforcement used in the Bina Marga 2003 method has a diameter of 8 mm and a distance of 200 mm and transverse reinforcement with a diameter of 8 mm and a distance of 250 mm with a planned budget of Rp. 14,562,640,000.00. Meanwhile, for Bina Marga 2017 used longitudinal reinforcement with a diameter of 8 mm and a distance of 250 mm and transverse reinforcement with a diameter of 8 mm and a distance of 250 mm with a planned budget of Rp. 16,293,830,000.00. The analysis using the Bina Marga 2003 method is considered more effective than the Bina Marga 2017 method.} }
