employees of UPT Puskesmas Sungai Alam Bengkalis. The research data was 
taken using questionnaires via google form. The data processing technique in this 
study is simple linear Multiple linear regression With the significant value of 
0.001 <0.05, means that there is a significant simultaneous influence of variable compensation , Discipline and Motivation of the Employee Productivity
