This material is processed into various types of dishes, one of which is salted fish. Salted fish is made by drying fish under the hot sun so that the water content in the fish decreases. This also makes the fish durable and protected from fungus. This fish dryer makes it easier for fishermen to process fish during the day and night and maximizes the processing results and speeds up the drying of the fish.
