The working principle of this tool is that the water pump is the main driver or diverterfor water connected to a filter, which then the water will flow through a pipe, which then enters and exits through holes (pores)on the side of the membrane. After making observations the next stage is planning which includes designing drawings, calculations to determine the components to be used. The final stage is the manufacturing and assembly process. Whith this membrane washing device, it is designed to wash faster than the previous tool, where the previous washing tool took 1 day with a back and forth washing system. After testing the tool that has been designed, it only takes 4 hours to get good washing results. With 3 hours of washing using chemical mixtures and 1 hour using clean water with a water pressure of 4000 N/m2.} }
