		abstract={This study aims to determine the effect of integrity, internal system control, and leadership on local government performance accountability. The data used in this research is primary data with survey method by distributing questionnaires. The population in this study is the Sukoharjo Regency Regional Work Unit (SKPD) in 2022, totaling 22 SKPD and a sample of 66 was obtained which was taken using a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used in this study is Partial Least Square (PLS) and uses the SmartPLS 3 analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that leadership has a positive effect on accountability for local government performance, while integrity and internal control systems have no effect on accountability for local government performance.}
